1. Definitions

• “Kids of Deen” (“we,” “our,” or “us”) refers to the Platform operator.
• “User” means any individual who creates an account, including students, parents/guardians, or tutors.
• “Student” refers to the individual receiving instruction.
• “Tutor” refers to the individual providing instruction via the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account as a tutor. Parents/guardians may create accounts for children under 18.
• Tutors must pass verification checks and comply with all onboarding requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person.

4. Use of the Platform

• Students and parents may browse tutor profiles, book sessions, and leave feedback.
• Tutors may offer lessons and communicate with students via the Platform.
• All users agree to maintain Islamic etiquette, professionalism, and respect in all communications.

5. Payments and Fees

• Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment gateway.
• Students/parents must pay in advance to confirm lessons.
• Tutors receive payouts according to our agreed-upon commission and payout schedule.
• Any platform fees, including service charges or referral deductions, will be clearly outlined during onboarding.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Missed sessions without notice may be non-refundable.
• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Kids of Deen.

7. Code of Conduct

• No offensive, disrespectful, or un-Islamic content is allowed on the Platform.
• All lessons must align with Sunni Islamic teachings unless otherwise specified.
• Any abuse, harassment, or misconduct may result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including branding, curriculum, and media, is the property of Kids of Deen or licensed content creators.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Kids of Deen is not responsible for personal disputes, injuries, or dissatisfaction arising from tutor-student interactions.
• The Platform serves as a facilitator and is not liable for individual lesson outcomes or progress.

10. Privacy

• Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Personal data is collected and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.

12. Modifications

Kids of Deen may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
